Regional Arts and Education Network – Survey of Teachers
Thank you in advance for agreeing to complete this survey. Your feedback is important in informing the management of the programme, and ensuring that the activities of the Regional Arts and Education Network is as impactful and relevant as possible.
This questionnaire should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
Wavehill is an economic and social research organisation based in Wales and we have been commissioned by the Arts Council of Wales and Welsh Government to undertake an ongoing independent evaluation of the Creative Learning Through the Arts programme. We are interested in understanding the motivations of schools and teachers for participating in the various elements of the programme, and to collect your perceptions on impact of the programme activities on you and your learners.
Briefly, the CLTA programme includes the following key elements:
- Lead Creative Schools Scheme
- Development Strand
- Regional Arts and Education Networks
- Experiencing the Arts Fund
We understand that you have benefitted from the support and services offered by the Regional Arts and Education Networks. We would like you to provide some feedback on that experience, and the impact it has had upon your teaching.
Confidentiality and data protection
Participation in this survey is voluntary. You may close the survey at any point.
Any personal information collected as part of the research is kept confidential. Responses will not be made public in a way that could lead to participants or centres being identified unless agreed beforehand. The information is only used for the research project and the aims outlined above. Wavehill will produce a report for the Welsh Government and the Arts Council of Wales based on the data but this report will not identify any individuals.
Any personal data such as your e-mail address is deleted by Wavehill within 6 months of the completion of the project. Responses to the questions are linked anonymously to other data sources for non-commercial research purposes only, unless you ask for this linkage to not take place. The anonymised data is held securely and is only ever used for research purposes. We do not share or use your information for commercial or marketing purposes.
