Statement

I see myself as a guide to collective creative explorations.  I might use puppets- giant, shadow, table top, map or book making, poetry, story, or chant creation to explore a particaular theme. From  heritage (storytelling puppet animation theatre hafren or massive storytelling parade inefwr literature festival ) to numeracy, ( maths through carnival, Llangollen ) from archeolgy (storyteller in residence  bryn cello ddu) to langauage (Welsh language learning Menter Iaith or Spanish language learning  Ectrac) from visual art (bringing art to life with Wolverhampton art gallery) to opera ( sculpturally exploring Carmen mid wales opera) water ecology (puppet animation  Cymerau/hydrocitozens) to identity (cerebral palsy midlands)

I also have wide repertoire of games and activities aimed at supporting team building, confidence raising and communication honing. I regularly collaborate with other artists, educators and scientists.

“There is very little, if nothing at all, to criticise with regard to the Myth Makers project. With this project Vagabondi have demonstrated its willingness to push the boundaries It also shows how continuously exploring new ways of working, and being bold enough to question the status quo can result in greater and better quality outcomes for all in- volved. ”Henry Rees, Development officer, Arts Council of Wales

We were chuffed to be part of this project supported by Cymerau helping these small folks to explore the huge subject of water. A pleasure as always working with Digital Dropout Media and the small folk at Ysgol Talybont worked so hard and did so well.
