The sessions are open to all creative practitioners who are seeking guidance on collaborating with schools. It will be an opportunity to gain useful background information on the rapidly changing curriculum and unpick how artists can best support a school community to expand their creative potential.
The sessions will include;
- An overview of Creative Learning through the Arts – an Action Plan for Wales and the funding opportunities available to schools.
- A curriculum in transition – how the arts can support this.
- Building connections with schools.
- Practicalities – contracts, risk assessments, insurance, health and safety, safeguarding, invoicing and payments.
